About Christa McDonald

The Soul Worker Helping People Turn Grief into Grace

Christa McDonald didn’t come from comfort or calm she came from chaos, pain, and perseverance.

Her parents divorced before she was born, her father was declared mentally ill when she was five, and her childhood was marked by emotional storms that could have broken her spirit. But instead, they built her purpose.

At just 11 years old, Christa began volunteering at a nursing home and something awakened in her. Surrounded by elders sharing stories and facing their final days, she felt called to help people find peace, connection, and meaning in the moments that matter most.

That calling became her life’s work.

Over the past two decades, Christa has supported countless families and patients through hospice care, grief, and spiritual healing. She’s a Bereavement Coach, Certified Death Doula, Usui Reiki Master, and Life Coach but above all, she’s a compassionate presence for those learning to live again after loss.

A Healer You Can Trust

Christa has guided hundreds of people through the hardest season of their lives from grieving parents to dying patients, from families fractured by loss to souls seeking connection beyond the physical world.

But Christa’s true gift isn’t just her training or intuition it’s her heart. Every session, every conversation, and every act of service begins with empathy, truth, and presence.

She believes that grief is not something to “get over,” but something to walk through and when you walk through it with love, you emerge stronger, softer, and more connected than ever before.

That’s why clients trust her. Refer her. And return to her again and again.

MISSION

On a Mission In Life and Legacy

Christa isn’t just a coach. She’s a soul worker — someone who helps others find light in the darkest chapters of life.

Her mission through GLADD (Grieving Loss After Death and Dying) is to hold sacred space for healing, to help people honor their grief, and to transform pain into purpose.

When she’s not working with clients, Christa devotes her time to developing her non-profit organization dedicated to grief support and end-of-life awareness. She’s also writing and speaking about what it truly means to live well, love deeply, and let go with grace.

She never forgets where she came from — a childhood of struggle that taught her compassion, humility, and faith.
Today, she honors her late stepfather, who passed in 2025, by continuing the work that brings peace to others at life’s end.

Because for Christa, healing is not about forgetting — it’s about remembering with love.
