Christa McDonald didn’t come from comfort or calm she came from chaos, pain, and perseverance.
Her parents divorced before she was born, her father was declared mentally ill when she was five, and her childhood was marked by emotional storms that could have broken her spirit. But instead, they built her purpose.
At just 11 years old, Christa began volunteering at a nursing home and something awakened in her. Surrounded by elders sharing stories and facing their final days, she felt called to help people find peace, connection, and meaning in the moments that matter most.
That calling became her life’s work.
Over the past two decades, Christa has supported countless families and patients through hospice care, grief, and spiritual healing. She’s a Bereavement Coach, Certified Death Doula, Usui Reiki Master, and Life Coach but above all, she’s a compassionate presence for those learning to live again after loss.
